• Manage and motivate NPI Quality team;

• Define and lead to achieve yearly targets;

• Coordinate with R&D, TPM, AME and MFG for all activities for a product launch;

• Involve in manufacturing cost analysis, production cost calculation (cycle time, efficiency, labor);

• In NPI stage, please provide daily build/yield reports, coordinate top hitter FACA, come out with MIL to drive improvement, and coordinate with DOE.

• MBO/LBO for NPI line, bring up with MP line.

• Participate to evaluate new machine/processes capability/capacity/benefits/ threatens to make process change to do CIP.
  

Education/学历：Bachelor or above, major in electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Language/语言：Chinese/English

Experience & skill/经验、技能：

• Bachelor Degree with major in Electronics or Mechanics Engineering;

• More than 8 years of working experience in power supply or electronic industry with at least 3 years in technical support position;

• Understand power supply or electronic industry in general including knowledge of costs, manufacturing process, quality and documentation system;

• Excellent knowledge in electronic product design and manufacturing, design experience with phone or notebook charger is a big plus;

• Good English /Chinese verbal and written communication capability;

• Self-motivation and good communication skills, team work spirit, initiative and hard working.

• Can work under pressure to meet frequent deadlines.

• Experience of SMT, Wave soldering, USW, conformal coating and Testing will be plus.
