Job responsibilities:

1. Teachers are responsible for teaching English language courses to students; participate in compiling teaching research and teaching materials;

2. Must provide suitable courses, corresponding courseware and stage test questions as required by the school;

3. Test student’s oral English and provide relevant assessment information according to the result;

4. Must guarantee the teaching quality and timely communicate with head teacher about the courses progress and the status of students;

5. Must be able to adapt coaching methods to suit abilities and age groups;

6. Obey other arrangements of the school.

Required qualification:

1. Native English speakers who have good English language skills particular in language skills and abilities related to young students;

2. Devotion to teaching: patient, responsible positive, friendly and enthusiastic;

3. Must have confidence to have full personal control of all age group in all classes (3-12 students);

4. Physically fit and able to actively participate in games in coaching classes;

5. Applicants with experiences in teaching young learners have priority; Coaching qualifications preferred.
