Job Description

?Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet

changing needs and requirements

? Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities

? Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a small scale project and scope

? Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client

? Effectively apply suitable methodology and enforce project standards

? Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

? Minimize the exposure and risk on project

? Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

? Track and report team hours and expenses on an aligned basis

? Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization to

better manage project budget

? Understand the pricing model and billing procedures

? Contribute to identify business development


Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

? University degree or above in IT or related disciplines

? Minimum 6 years IT working experience, at least 3 years in project

management

Knowledge & Skill

? Knowledge of SDLC and relevant methodology, e.g. waterfall, scrum,

CMMi etc

? Advanced features of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project

? Ability to work remotely with customers at different locations including

tracking and reporting status, as well as prioritizing and liaising with users

in virtual environment

? Able to document, and articulate project status via various means of

presentation, and articulate with clarify to customers in business English

? Good command of English both in oral and written

? Effective communication skill

? Good presentation skill

? Project management skill
