Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager
The Revenue Management department is looking for a Revenue Manager that will be working in the Revenue Management & Pricing department where the main responsibilities include implementing the revenue management strategies within the defined hotel cluster, achieving topline targets by using RM methods, and maximizing net contribution of turnover

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the implementation of the overall revenue management strategies within the defined portfolio
- Being a subject matter expert to the hotel teams, making sure that the current global corporate strategy is being implemented
- Delivering the service according to the contracted service agreements with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Creating hotel individual strategies with the goal of boosting revenue streams and maximizing KPI results
- Using the C.A.D.R.E method to ensure that the hotel strategy is implemented accordingly
- Collecting of reliable data, Analysis, Decision, Recommendation and Evaluation
- Ensuring that revenue management systems and tools are properly implemented and maintained
- Ensuring that planning and pricing is up to date for at least the next 405 days
Competitor analysis:
- Analyzing competitors in terms of content, pricing and strategy
- Analyzing market share data with the goal to perform above the hotel market
Forecast:
- Responsible for initiating short- and long-term revenue forecasts identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability
Reports & Meetings:
- Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly reports and hold weekly and monthly meetings according to the individual service level of the hotel
- Analyzing special event periods with the goal to improve results for future events
- Supporting and advising hotels on business and leisure rate collections as well as distribution contracts and group evaluations
- Being the contact between the regional revenue manager, other members of the commercial development team and the local teams
- Coordinating the communication and ensuring that information is clearly understood and instructions are applied accordingly
Your experience and skills include:
- 2-4 years relevant professional experience
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Empathy, drive and the ability to process improvement
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Service Provider mentality for our hotels and our key stakeholders
- BSc/ BA in Business administration, Economics, or Management; or completed business administration apprentice ship
- Fluent spoken and written in English and French. Any other languages are very much appreciated
Your team and working environment:
This position is based in Switzerland, in one of our offices either Zurich or Crissier/Lausanne. You will join the Swiss Revenue Management Team and be part of the Northern Europe Hub. You will exchange with other Country Revenue Management team members on a regular basis.
You should be eligible to fulfill the requirements for a work permit in Switzerland.
