• Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, CA APM, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix etc.
• Strong skills in problem solving and trouble shooting
• Strong skills in working with multiple teams to deliver desired results, including local teams and oversea teams

• Strong abilities to learn new technologies, new applications, and adapting to new environments

• Strong analytics skills to use data to perform capacity analysis, root cause analysis & alert fine tunings etc.

• Experience with Cloud technologies, including Huawei Cloud, Microsoft Azure & AWS
• Experience with Java, Linux, Oracle, MySQL, Zookeeper, Kafka, Storm, HBase, Node js, Python, Redis, Adobe CMS, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Monitoring application installation, upgrade, configuration, including threshold setting and fine tuning etc.

• Experience with operation processes.

• Provide consultancy with the design and implementation of monitoring solutions for VW Groups Mobility Platform operated applications
• Design and implement state of the art dashboards per user’s requirements
• Keep up-to-date on latest monitoring technologies, make suggestions on new tools that provide more capabilities and feasibilities
• Perform research & analysis to make recommendations on designs which meet industry best practice for monitoring
• Provide reports and metrics for infrastructure and application enhancement
• Keep knowledge of mobility platform operated applications up to date
• Prepare and present monitoring solution related change requests in CAB meetings
• Assist with incident/problem investigation by providing inputs/suggestions from monitoring data

• Assist with account management for monitoring applications

• Assist with setup, maintenance, upgrade, configuration, infrastructure and application sizing for monitoring solutions

• Provide event management setup, configuration and maintenance service

• Provide training of monitoring solutions and event management solution per request

• Prepare, review and maintain monitoring solution documentations.
