Job Description:
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job, adheres to the regulatory, departmental, and company, policies.
- Be familiar with the daily job duty of M life Customer Service Specialist
- Be familiar with the related systems
- Constantly look for service opportunities to ensure the best customer experience is delivered.
- Performs duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to MGM Macau
- Fully understand of Forbes Standard and applies it to handle customer enquiries
- To ensure the BOH storeroom is clean and tidy
- Assist on daily stock take
- Assist to monitor inventory level
- Assist in promotions, events and draws registration
Requirements:
- Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders.
- The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed.
