We’re looking for a character. An experienced, creative Mixologist to become the face of our five star hotel bar, Lombardi.

• You will be a seasoned Food and Beverage service professional with a ton of energy.
• A natural talker and listener, you are engaging and curious.
• You have a flair for creativity and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• A resilient person who can adapt to an evolving environment.

• LCQ and Managers Licence Advantageous
• Minimum of 1 year experience in bartending
• Knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails
• Barista experience
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand, be located in Australia or New Zealand currently
