(2). Abstract of highest degree’s thesis or portfolio

(3). Photocopies of Ph.D. diploma and M.A. diploma

(4). Photocopies of teacher’s certificate; applicants who don’t have the

teacher’s certificate please submit 2 copies of highest degree’s thesis.

(5). Official transcripts of graduate studies

(6). A Photocopy of ID or Valid ARC/APRC

(7). Other favorable documents for review
