Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works in office and at the laboratory to design, configure, install and run experiments for the different processing steps and their evaluation;

• Must have process data analysis capabilities and be able to monitor system performance and generate reports on said performance;

• Works closely with the QA managers and coordinates his activities with them;

• Writes reports, project documentation and participates to writing product documentation;

• Provides support to production in the dedicated area on request of the Director of R&D;

• Runs training courses for production staff as necessary.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master’s Degree or PhD in Mineralogy, Geology, Mineral processing technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Control, or related field;

• Technical experience in mineral processing and process control;

• Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Demonstrate creativity and innovation in day-to-day work;

• Ability to take direction and work as a team to solve problems;

• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;

• Fluency in English communications;

• Must be self-motivated;

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
