Key Responsibilities

• Develop and perform cellular/phenotypic assays for HTS and other biological experiments.

• Analyze data and work together with chemists to evaluate compound potency by various assays.
  

• Target identification, validation and MOA study.

• Facilitate both internal and external collaborations and provide scientific expertise across functions/teams.

Minimum Requirements

• PhD or MS with 0-5 years of experience in microbiology, immunology or related discipline.

• Experience in host-pathogen interaction or cellular immunology is highly appreciated. Hands-on experience in assay development and HTS would be a plus.

• Candidates must be highly self-motivated and have good communication skills to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Oral and written ability in English is required.
• Scientific integrity is a must, candidate should be professional in maintaining lab notebooks and electronic files.
