• Support all the planning activities including assortment, allocation and distribution
• Handle operational support for the stock replenishment and inventory review
• Work with marketing team and retail operations to prepare and handle relevant POS materials
• Prepare sales reports, sales performance analysis, inventory control analysis and merchandising forecasts
• Support overseas offices in ordering and delivery of products
• Analyze market and competitor data and consumer trends to assist in developing future buying plans
• Update product listing in website
• Preparation of product photos and product information for online platform

We are looking for

• University graduate in Retail Merchandising, Marketing or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years’ marketing, merchandising or inventory control related experience
• Preferably with e-commerce experience
• Strong numerical sense, with excellent analytical, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Detailed, proactive, well organized and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in SAP is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
