Job Duties:

• Responsible of the overall bulk production management from material inbound to final quality inspection, with particular focus on on-time delivery and quality performance of the vendors.

• Lead the daily operations of the Production Merchandisers as well as Quality Assurance department while working closely with Product Development, Technicians and other related functions to meet company’s operational goals.

• Implement safety and lean production measures to improve the working environment and efficiency within the process.

• Ensure that all orders are transmitted to vendors and that we receive all necessary feedback (MOQ confirmation, vendor production planning, deliveries, etc.)

• Review Production reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of product maintenance (material inbound control, in line inspection, packaging, final inspection)

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above.

• At least 10 years’experience in production following in handbag or accessories industry, with team management experience preferred.

• Good communication in Chinese/English.

• Expertise in PC applications including MS Office, PLM and ACS systems

• Strong negotiations and persuasion skills

• Able to identify problems and implement solution.

• A strong executer and hands on mentality attitude that drives results.
