Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy, tactic, sales plans and profit targets.
  • Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
  • Maintain good relationship with current client
  • Drive the continuous improvement to enhance the operations effectiveness and business performance.
  • Oversee supervisors and merchandising team to ensure procedures and standards are being executed to company standards
  • Monitor T&A and ensure on-time delivery;
  • Responsible to report and analyse merchandising trends and marketability,

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years' experience in housewares industry and understand the process in production
  • Able to handle large quantity orders and co-ordinate with colleagues in different requirements
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, IT skills (e.g. ERP) and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-minded and good communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance team in order to meet customers' quality requirements
  • Travel to PRC is required if necessary;
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
