Responsibilities:

• Organize and follow up orders from sampling to delivery
• Source and identify qualified vendors and monitor production process
• Manage a team to ensure smooth merchandising operations
• Other assignments required by superior

Requirements:

• University or College Graduate
• Minimum 12-15 years' experiences in apparel industry with 3 years in managerial level; at least 5 years on Cut&Sewn products
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin with experience in working directly with customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership with experience in leading team of 2-3 SM/Merchandisers
• Solid experience in offshore production
• Work under pressure, travelling necessary
