Job Purpose:
To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of division's business objectives. Manage QA/QC and our merchandising team. (prefered candidate who has outdoor or women's wear garment technical knowledge and experience)

Job Descriptions:
1. Follow up orders with sales, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

• Review Purchase Orders
• Obtain quotations from and negotiate price with vendors
• Monitor and check production status
• Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories, e.g. delivery delay

2. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements

• Source material or accessories
• Source new vendors
• Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements

3. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors
• Evaluate vendors' capability
• Keep track of vendors' performance

4. Arrange customer visit and factory audit

5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, over 5 years working experience in fashion garment industry.
2. Have good product knowledge in garment, mainly in fashion and casual wear (jacket, coat, skirt, dress, blouse and pants).
3. Good command of English both in written and spoken.
4. Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
5. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
