What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

Is this your next challenge?
As Merchandiser in NCG, you have ownership over executing the merchandising workflow to secure the best deal for the company. That means driving the quotation, prototypes and order follow up processes for your campaigns. You will also manage order processing and monitor production to ensure smooth and timely supply of merchandise. We also want you to be a proactive member of the team, taking initiative to solve problems and sharing learnings!

There’s a great team of people that you will collaborate with, both locally and internationally, who will share your ambition and help you achieve your goals. Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser, you will partner up with colleagues working with Quality, Product development and Shipping. You will also work closely with our suppliers to decide how to develop and produce our products, as well as our buyers in the Buying Office.

Who are you?
The person we are looking for is a team player, can drive towards the common goal and should preferably have passion and an interest in visual design. Communication skills will also be a key element when deciding who we will hire for the role as you will need to build relationships globally across Production and Buying Office. Most importantly though, we are looking for someone who is passionate about contributing to the team!
