We are a trading and distribution company which situate at Kwun Tong area and we are now seeking for the following position to cope our company expansion.

Merchandiser / Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Work closely with overseas buyers and vendors for order processing
• Keep track of the production status with factories to ensure prompt delivery
• Assist in product sourcing and sample handling
• Communicate with China factories and internal parties
• Support on all kind of sales meeting and sales activities
• Orders follow-up and preparation of documentation (issuing PI, PO, export documents)
• Knowledge on lab test documentation and QC
• Responsible for ad hoc projects as required

 Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• Min. 2 years experiences in toys/electronics preferred
• Strong experience in liaison with foreign sales and overseas customers
• Well organized, mature, detail minded
• Aggressive, self-motivated, independently, and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
