Job Description
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Help customer to do order follow-up as well as quality control / shipments coordination (if need).
- Communicate with both supplier and customers for product development or quality issues.
- Develop new suppliers / new products for current customers with better quality/price/delivery time.
- Help to follow up and solve customer complaints in time.
- Give trainings to related project managers or inspectors.
- Have meetings with customer for urgent or important issues.
- Help customer to schedule visits to China suppliers 1-2 times per year.
- Update special follow-up report and expense report to Managing Director.
- Coordinate and arrange sample tests in Shanghai office and send test report.
- Attend related exhibitions in order to develop new suppliers/projects.
- Accomplish other tasks from Managing Director.
- Requirement:
- Majors: International Business / Logistics / International Relationship / Business Administration
- 3-5 years' experience working experience in the next areas:
- Sourcing/Purchasing
- Knowledge of export/import process
- Development of special industries
- Language:
- native Chinese
- vanced level of English and Spanish (if possible)
