Our company is a design & trading company in kitchenware field. We do manufacturing, marketing, developing, and sourcing for the USA and Europe market. We are currently expanding our operations. To cope with such developments, we are now inviting the right candidates to fill the following positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategy, tactic, sales plans and profit targets.
• Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
• Drive the continuous improvement to enhance the operations effectiveness and business performance.
• Oversee supervisors and merchandising team to ensure procedures and standards are being executed to company standards
• Monitor T&A and ensure on-time delivery;
• Responsible to report and analyse merchandising trends and marketability,

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience in housewares industry
• Able to handle large quantity orders and co-ordinate with colleagues in different
• Strong negotiation, presentation, problem solving skill and able to work under pressure
• Develop new suppliers / factories.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential
• Work closely with Quality Assurance team in order to meet customers' quality requirements
• Immediate availability is an advantage
