Position Title : Merchandiser

Reports to : Manager

Department : HAA Bras & Things Sourcing Team

Location : Dongguan

Major Responsibilities:

Pre order

• Supplier sourcing if required

• Legal documents follow up for new market/new vendors

• PD trips with Buyers, tech pack study, recap workmanship change/costing notes on cost tracker

• Cost follow up & negotiation

• Capacity discussion

• Critical path set up/follow up with buyer/vendor for big launch

• MOQ/LT chart maintenance & greige booking/leftover update

• Range sample chasing

• Resourcing styles project �C cost, LT, samples follow up

• GSS audit assistance
  

  Order placement

• PO confirmation follow up

• Problem solving on FOB date, MOQ etc.

  
  

  Post Order

• Tracking fit samples, color/print and PP approvals with Design/Tech

• Following up on material testing for critical styles/programs

• Tracking and approving Shipment samples

• Collecting campaign/photography samples, if required

• Informing supplier to book inspections for selected styles

• Tracking suppliers’ shipment booking

• Care label approvals

• Nominated RM delivery follow up

• Fit comments assistance with vendor/technician for repeat rejections

• PP samples scanning and packaging checking

• Monitoring cargo cut-off date to secure FOB date
  

  Post Shipment

• Order payments

• Claims

• KPI sharing and improvement action plans

• Customer return/defect follow up with vendors

• Retail stores QTY discrepancy follow up

  
  

  Requirements:

  
  

• Fluent English communication in Spoken & Written
• Experience in fty visit with overseas customers is preferred
• Familiar with Excel skills, VLOOKUP & Pivot (need test on spot)
• Merchandising experience in textile/intimate bras (at least 3 years)
• Ready for fty visit if required, 1 week every quarter at least
