• Coordinate incoming and outgoing artworks & samples under proper procedure and process.
• Negotiate price, sample lead time and production lead time.
• Assist merchandiser to supervise communicate with the factories on detail works．
• Prepare the relevant samples which need by the merchandiser.
• Check and Send cost sheet, make comp chart for every development.
• Daily paperwork including filing. Ensure correct data input into system / working chart.
• Provide support to the whole team.
• Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years solid working experience in home textiles if possible
• Possesses an University Degree of related majors like international trade
• Highly detail oriented, and good at documentation is a plus
• Capable to work independently with suppliers and overseas buyers/designers,
• Skillful in communication and negotiation; Good team player
• Fluent English in both written and speaking. CET6
• Quick learner and Flexible for traveling if requested
• Can / Must work under pressure
• Easy-going and motivated character, be able to identify and resolve potential problems independently.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel & Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook
