Job Description:

This position manages the supplier communications and relationships to assure that PD objectives, pricing, and product launch objectives are met on time, complete and correct. The right candidate is independent, but likes working with a team, enjoys a challenge, is very detail oriented, enjoys working in English, and is eager to learn.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand the product development objectives when design received, be responsible and stay on top of all details to ensure development and engineering initiatives are executed On-Time, Complete, Correct.
• Develop and manage the development and production timelines by supplier.
• Arrange sample shipments.
• Negotiate product and price, and determine creative alternatives to achieve objectives if needed.
• Ensure that any issues are addressed completely and timely.
• Work through the challenges in the daily wok with your supervisors and other teammates from the development to the production to achieve company business goals.
• Launch the internal meeting to review the products details and tasks after the new program is finalized for production.
• Collaborate/work closely with internal team from product launch to shipment and drive them through the system accurately and on-time.
• Think ahead and think in depth when handling daily work to achieve better performance on the job.
  

Professional Qualifications

• Willing to relocate to Gong Ming, Shenzhen.
• College Graduated; At least 3 years working experience; Trading knowledge is must, factory working experience is preferred.
• Available for business travel and be flexible for different assignments
• Excellent English communication skill a must, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Be professional and optimistic, highly energetic, motivated, passionate, team spirit and can work independently.
• Always be willing to learn new things and accept different challenges.
• Able to make some domestic travel.
