We are currently looking for high calibre candidates with a good team spirit and working ethic to fill the position of Assistant Merchandiser:

1. Responsible to Senior Manager of Sales Tech Supportand Merchandisers,working with teams based in Shenzhen/China,HongKong/China,Los Angeles/USA and London/UK.

2.Communicate with factories to ensure proper follow up on quotes,sampling, pre-production samples, production schedules and shipping dates.

3. Collect and collate factory data for purpose of report preparation.

4. Assist Senior Manager -Sales Technical Support and Merchandisers, with reporting.

5. Assist negotiations with suppliers to ensure best price, delivery schedules andproduct quality is achieved.

6. Assist with ongoing sourcing of new suppliers to ensure best price,service andinnovation is achieved.

7. Supplier and factory visits for price negotiation and evaluation of capabilities.

8. Support Merchandise Team in follow up with QC and QA team and design team for product

development and product technical viability for production.

9. Other tasks at required by direct line manager on a day to day basis.

10. Factory site visits to ensure production is in line with approved samples and schedule, in line inspections.
