Job Description

Key Area of Responsibility: 主要职责范围:

  • Follow-up and involve in all merchandising related activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery (from product development to production).

    跟进并参与在订货过程中和采购相关的全部咨询活动,(从产品开发到生产过程中)。

  • Monitor the calendar with product development team, to meet the key milestones.

    确保客户满意- 和按时送货,根据日历按时完成阶段性工作。

  • Source materials / trims according to request and submit on time.
    根据要求按时提供原料/辅料采购咨询服务。

  • Respond on time to both vendors & customers (within 48hours).
    及时(48小时内)向供应商和客户反馈信息。

  • Keep record well filed and monitor the information in the entire process (from development to shipment).
    对(从开发到运货)整个采购咨询过程中的信息做好记录、存档和监控。

  • Involve in price negotiation.

    参与价格谈判。

  • Negotiate prices with vendors and confirm orders with customers.
    参与价格谈判和供应商就价格进行谈判,协助客户确认订单。

  • Handle customers’ enquiries.

    处理客户的诉求。

  • Participate actively in buyers’ meetings and buying trips.
    积极参加买方会议和外出采购。

  • Source material, accessories according to the input/direction given by buyers.

    根据客户的要求/指示提供采购材料和配件的相关咨询服务。

  • Coordinate with Technician team to provide advice on design and samples to meet customers’ requirements.
    和技术团队协调,就设计和样品提供意见,以满足客户提出的要求。

  • System maintenance & coordination.

系统维护和协调。

  • Update system in time.
    及时更新系统。

  • Trim card approval & preparation for inspection.
    完成辅料卡的审批与制备,以备检查。

  • Others general tasks such as.
    其他常规工作,具体包括。

  • Testing, logistic, planning, delays.
    检测、物流、计划、延期。

    • Coordinate with QA department for quality improvement such as join PP meeting, in-line inspection and inspection schedule etc.
    - 和质检部门协调,提高产品质量。具体工作包括参加生产前会议、中期检验、检验时间排等。
  • Development & production monitoring.
    开发和生产监督。

  • Keep track of sample submission for approval for both development & production in each stage, ensure to stick to the agreed calendar.
    - 在产品开发和生产的各个阶段对样品提交和审批进行跟踪,确保工作按计划时间推进。

  • Educate vendors to follow /respect Company’s rules and SOPs for order processing.
    敦促供应商在处理订单时遵守/服从公司规定和标准作业规程。

  • Follow up with vendors, customers, internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
    跟进供应商、客户和内部各方的工作,确保令客户满意和按时送货。

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
    完成管理层交办的其他工作任务。


    Party of Internal Communication & Degree of Difficulty: 内部沟通方和难度等级:

    Quality Assurance department: 质检部门


    Requirements:

    Minimum Relevant Experience: 4 years
    Minimum Academic Requirement: Higher Diploma / Degree 高职/大专
    Major Subjects: Clothing, Textile or related discipline 服装、纺织或相关学科
