ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

To collect sample order from USA, then produce the garment sample & export to customers.

收集美国样版订单，然后制作样衣, 并交付给客户。

Consolidate & corporate internal production & washing process to maintain good quality and good lead time for all development sample.

巩固和强化公司内部生产和洗水流程，确保所有开发样办具有良好质量并按时交货。

Review the sample to ensure it is production friendly in final bulk garment maker.

审核样本，确保其最终能适合大货生产。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Translate English PDM to Chinese workbook and pass to production within standard lead time, clarify with US if any discrepancy on development sheet.

把英文制单翻译成中文，在要求的周期内转交给生产部门，如制单上存在不符，负责与美方沟通查明。

• Work out initial cost in development stage for each style.

在开发阶段，算出每款版的大概成本。

• Follow up bulk standard and meet approval deadline provided by Aisa team.

负责洗水办的跟进，并在亚洲团队要求的截止日内完成。

• Check fabric and trims inventory timely and replenish if it is necessary subject to actual and potential need.

按时检查面料和物料存货，根据实际和潜在需求，必要时进行补仓。

• Work with production team & washing team to achieve requested delivery date.

加强与生产部和洗水部门的沟通合作，确保在要求的交货日内完成样衣。

• To monitor production progress as per time schedule.

根据时间安排，跟进生产进程。

• To monitor desired/imposed quality level of produced garment by inspecting rigid before send to laundry and inspected finished garment before shipping to USA.

对洗前的样衣进行检查，确保工艺及质量达到要求效果方可交给洗水部门进行洗水。另外，样办完成后，也需完成检查后方

可寄给美国。

• Provided development package to client for bulk costing.

为客户提供制单/纸样/YY/缩水/样板等，用于大货成本核算。

• And ensure PDM is update to date.

确保制单能及时更新。

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Include but not limited to

• Minimum 3 years’ related working experience. Apparel background is required.

3年以上相关工作经验, 具有服装行业背景。

• Knowledge on denim processing technology.

具备牛仔加工工艺的知识。

• Hands on experience with jeanswear or woven apparel development. Candidates worked in manufacturer is preferred.

具有牛仔或者梭织服饰开发的直接经验，具有工厂经验更佳。

• Good at written and oral English

良好的英语书写能力和口语能力

• Good at communication, interpersonal skills

良好的沟通能力和人际交往技能

• Good with MS Office applications e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

良好的MS办公室软件技能，如Outlook, Excel, Word等

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
