Responsibilities:

Purchase order execution and follow up, including, verify/ key-in quote sheets, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor production and shipment fulfillment.·

Ensure on time shipment of goods by coordination with supplier, FC, QC and shipping team.

Monitor & control to achieve smooth operation.·

Ensure QS be transmitted correctly and timely upon request in order to allow smooth processing of order.·

Coordinate buying trip, sourcing trip, market pre-visit and share necessary procedures with supplier and make sure smooth running of the process.·

Approve samples before shipment in order to make sure merchandise to be shipped have specification & quality conformance to PO and import requirement of destination country.·

Identify, evaluate and develop potential suppliers who can provide excellent sourcing service to the Company.·

Track & report the update garment trend by market research.·

Communicate closely with buyer and look for opportunity to increase the direct export business.·

Demonstrate team-working spirit within the department by supporting other team member when necessary. ·

Analyze the business history and product type in order to identify the opportunity to grow.·

Requirements:

5 years working experience in Garment exporting business.

Familiar with woven products including but not limited to jackets, shirts for man/women/kids

Independent working ability in products analysis, quotation, development and production follow up.

Flurent english in writing and speaking.

Good communication skill.
