Job Responsibilities:
Management of Stock Delivery
1,New store products plan & allocation, based on store profile, given accurate products with moderate width and depth to new store. Follow new store opening process, play order and do replenishment after store display and open.
2,New season open, developing plans to set timeframes to delivery new season products to store and ensure balance the stock in store. Organize to return the off-season products.
3,Reporting on the availability of stock in Sub-DC, ensure no stock missing in DC.All products have delivered following plan.
In season trading
1,Ensure weekly reporting of sales performance
2,Reviewing initial sales reactions to new stock packages at appropriate times in the season
3,Meeting, ensure allocation follow the appropriate strategies which agreed with buying & merchandising and operation team. Ensuring the stock is in the ‘right place’ at the ‘right time’, according to performance.
4,Meeting with store manager to get the requirement from store and adjust auto replenishment options and units based on the requirement.
5,Carrying out in season analysis of sell thru and preparing proposals promotion
6,Suggesting options for internal store transfer for high ST% & group broken size options
7,Review weeks cover for DC and stores, suggest options to transfer between Sub-DC.
8,Any report merchandising manager need to do for review & planning.
Communications
1,Building strong working relationships with stores and store managers, gaining a full understanding of all areas i.e. stock package, visual display, store operations
2,To act as a representative and first point of contact for retail stock planning queries from assigned stores and to carry out regularstore visits
3,Work closely with other Merchandiser Allocators to ensure all store queries are answered quickly and effectively
4,Chasing up of store deliveries or inaccuracies with store stock files.
5,Weekly/monthly reporting by needs of business (i.e. sell through/KPI/competition report, etc.)

Qualifications/Skills and Experience Required
? 4 years above retail allocating experience ideal
? Strong numerical and analytical skills
? Strong excel skills
? Self-motivated & passionate, detail conscious & patient
? Good time management
? Excellent communication skills
