Job Description:

• Achieve the membership sales target and sales activity target.
• Work on new member acquisition, handle incoming inquires and attending networking events.
• Conduct greetings to members and to develop strong membership relations.
• Promote Club venues and seasonal Club programs to maintain member satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare daily, monthly membership report.
• Maintain and update membership database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above, preferably in hotel management or marketing discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position in prestigious club / hotel / hospitality unit at supervisory or management level
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels
• Professional manner on handling confidential information
• Proactive and good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
