Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales activity target and new membership sales targets
• Increase additional streams of revenue through the promotion and Sale of team building activities to corporate accounts sports associations and social groups
• Work on new member acquisition, club tour, application & orientation, and visit potential clients to establish business opportunities
• Plan and ensure delivery of CRM strategies across the membership base, and promote Club venues and programmers to encourage member’s satisfaction, retention and loyalty
• Prepare and execute exhibitions and roadshow to promote Parkview services and products
• Analyze, maintain and update membership database and Marketing Data, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Handle existing members / public enquiries and reply to incoming calls / written and e-correspondences
• Preform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing / Membership Industry
• Eager to work in a dynamic working environment of a passionate & motivated team structure
• Mature with pleasant character, self-motivate, good customer service and aggressive
• Independent, attention to details, self-motivated, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good PC skills including MS word, Excel and Power Point
• Shift duty on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday when there is operation need
