Job Description

You will be responsible for managing administrative processes and supporting the smooth running of the organisation’s membership function.

This will include assisting with the delivery of events, and qualitative market research

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail focused and organised individual, a good team player capable of working autonomously, and with a desire to develop their career in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with strategic event planning
• Participate in community group management
• Conduct store tours
• Attend events for the purpose of membership recruitment and projects
• Short editorial work

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Management, marketing, or other relevant degree.
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Strong communication with fluent English & Chinese both written and verbally
• Committed and willingness to learn
