1. Draft, edit, translate and file all the documents relating to the functions of MAO and CMO Office, including policies, procedures and forms;

2. Send the finalized draft or amended documents to Medical Staff Leadership Council (MSLC) and Medical Record Committee for review and approval on a periodical basis;

3. Serve as the contact person in MAO to provide advice to physicians on the questions relating to the standard clinical practice in Jiahui Health;

4. Coordinate between clinical departments and Jiahui’s attorney to resolve complicated legal problems;

5. File and classify all the administrative documents from all the clinical departments, including policies, procedures and guidelines;

6. Draft and edit the Medical Staff Newsletter of Jiahui Health.

7. Mange all the staff in Medical Translation Service to provide accurate and efficient translation in the existing work scope for all the departments in Jiahui Health. The medical documents required be translated include medical record, consent form, policy and procedure, marketing promotion materials, etc.;

8. Overall control the quality of medical translation by following the established work methodology of MTS;

9. Provide supervision of all the MTS staff on the translation of medical record;

10. Supervise in-house staff to manage the translation conducted by outsourcing providers, including vendor and freelancer.

11. Review medical translators’ performance based on established department goal and individual personal goals.

12. Review the quality of vendor and freelancers periodically.

Qualifications:

1. Strong clinical background, prefer to have a MD or RN degree.

2. Proficient in both Chinese to English translation and English to Chinese translation.

3. Able to work with people and manage a team

4. Able to master time efficiently to meet deadlines

5. At lease five-year experience in medical copy writing
