Job Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the establishment of effective rehab patient referral channels through connection with Neurologists and end consumers;
- As an employee of Boehringer Ingelheim, you will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our rehabilitation services to our clients to ensure a sustainable patient inflow;
- This position will be tasked with hitting key performance metrics related to the overall management of the medical channel and managing external medical partnerships.
- Maintains and utilizes expert knowledge and highly effective selling skills in order to influence targeted Neurologists to ensure a consistent company sales and marketing message.
- Meet or exceed goals through providing a high level of engagement with those targeted Neurologists.
- Fosters ongoing trust with Neurologists as relationship develops by territory mapping to ensure effective level of visit & call frequency and coverage on targeted hospitals.
- Manage, execute and adjusts implementation sales plans on a regular basis to create the optimal environment for brand success.
- Proactively develop potential client relationships by understanding/ anticipating needs and quickly respond to the needs.
- Uses appropriate sales techniques to facilitate the clients’ decision-making process.
- Taking responsibility for driving go-to-market tactics, meeting or exceeding performance goals based on key performance metrics around order volume, revenue growth and patient acquisition.
- Developing/ organizing / coordinating on and other clinical related events/ activities, such as academic meeting, medical profession conference, health seminar/ workshop, etc.
- Manages programs and budgets to stay within standards.Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations and Company policy and procedures.
- Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts.
- Other duties assigned by Head of Department.
Qualifications
- Education/Degree Requirements: Collage degree
- Major: Medical clinical related preferred
- Language skills & proficiency: Bilingual in English preferred but not required
- Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies) :Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience as in representative in Human Pharmaceutical industry
- With Neuro resources or working experience in other HP/ medical consumable companies (Neuro related medicine or consumables)Familiar with China Healthcare System & relevant rules & regulations.
- With proven track of relationship within the medical field in Shanghai and Yangtze Delta region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applicationsProven communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)Ability to organize, participate in academic activitiesAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and general business skills requiredReacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
