Job description and responsibilities:

• Perform molecular/immunoassay tests using established manual or automated methods
• Maintain stock and inventory in the department
• Perform verification procedures according to accreditation requirements
• Capable of setting up new procedures in the molecular department according to SOP

Job Requirements:

• Part 1 Reg. MLT with preferably 5-10 years experience in clinical molecular genetics, DNA extraction and PCR methods
• Good written English and spoken Cantonese
• Good communication, leadership skills and team spirit to oversee and train staff
• Previous experience in lab accreditation an asset
