Job Description

To effectively manage and respond to medical information queries for AZ products and determined therapeutic areas for:

  • HCPs
  • Patients
  • AZ Staff

To effectively manage and control the promotional affairs for AZ Products for the African Cluster.

  • To effectively manage and control the promotional affairs for AZ products as well as previously divested products, until they are completely transferred, for the African Cluster.
  • To effectively manage and control the medical information for AZ products within determined therapeutic areas.
  • To assist with the effective governance internal and external of activities

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential:
  • B.Pharm qualification essential
  • Registration with relevant Pharmacy Council
  • Strong pharmacology knowledge
  • Computer Literate
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Strong influencing and communication skills with key stakeholders/ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with key stakeholders / Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy
  • Drive towards delivery and results, assertive and proactive
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressured environment
  • Integrity
  • Self-motivated

  • Professional
  • Strong decision-making ability

Desirable:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in promotional material review and approval, is preferable
  • Project management experience
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer relationship focus
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy
  • Persistent drive for results in a fast-paced environment, utilizing sound projects focus, organizational and problem. Solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressured environment.
