Job Description

    Planning

    • Implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with supervisor and marketing colleagues

    Account & Brand Management

    • Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to influence the prescription of Roche products
    • Visit nurse to collect market feedback and build product advocacy
    • Assist to design professional hospital promotion activities

    Performance Management

    • Align with supervisor to set working objective and task
    • Collect and analyze data information on time based on business requirements

    Finance Management

    • Manage budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy

    Team Management

    • Work closely and collaboratively with other team members

    Self-Management

    • Keep proactively learning product knowledge and promotion skills to realize continuous self-improvement

    Decision Making Authority

    • Allocation of time within Calendar year to achieve Key Performance Targets as provided by DSM

    Qualifications

    • University Degree or similar

    Experience of

    • 2+ years’ sales representative experience within china Pharmaceutical industry
