For more information, visit www.AllerganAesthetics.com. 1.The position provides professional clinical training course such as clinical basic knowledge/facial anatomy/MD Codes and MD ASA/7 steps consultation skills/complication management/injection skills, etc. for Botox and Juvéderm. Training injectors in SAM/KAM hospitals through AMI education journey, deeply improve their injection skills and enhance clinic knowledge to ensure they are competent and confident to use the BOTOX and JUVEDERM better and impact on the clinics practice to drive the best result for patient experience. 2.Develop CF protocol and content together with medical education manager and brand teams, with inputs from medical team and KOLs when necessary. Which is based on deep understanding of business strategy and product attributes. It helps to bring AMI education to a higher level through high quality differentiation with competitors. 3.Implementation of medical education activities like fundamental training/reginal hands-on training/AMI forum, including trainer development programs, overseeing clinical facilitation activities, measuring and analyzing effectiveness of medical education activities. 4.Provide CF trainings to internal AMI team and sales/marketing team, works with regional sales team and has high impact on territory performance in FA (Botox and Juvederm) as well as KOL injection skills and brand adoption. 5.Collaborate with Medical and Marketing team to support new product launch, especially for faculty training and MD Codes tour, provide high quality technique training and medical knowledge to external customer and internal stuffs. Qualifications Education and Experience 1.Bachelor’s degree or above on medicine or healthcare related. 2.Plastic surgeon or dermatologist is preferred. 3.At least 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical & device industry, preferably in medical aesthetics, and /or fields related to training.
