Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY工作职责:

1) Assist in daily hospital operation on medical affairs as assigned; assist in management of QC/ QA system to maintain a safe environment for patients and to ensure the safe clinical practice of SEIMC staff

协助医院日常运营中医务相关工作;协助质控系统的管理,确保安全的就医和工作环境。

a) Ensure that clinical risks are identified

b) Ensure all incidents are reported, recorded and all incidents are assessed and corrective action developed

c) Ensure patient safety solutions are implemented effectively

d) Update staff with safe clinical practice and risk management standards

e) Ensure compliance with clinical risk management standards

f) Conduct routine auditing and feedback to respective department

g) Participate in the evaluation system and report to risk management committee

h) Coordinate the quality control of medical documentation;

i) Communicate with physicians, nursing and ancillary services personnel for needed assistance of relevant medical affair

j) Participating in quality and risk management committees and completing the assigned tasks within timeline


2) Participating in customer service improvement team to ensure high quality services to patients

参与客户服务委员会工作,确保为病人提供高质量的服务

a) Assist to determine standards based on best practices and plan for and put in place systems and processes to ensure standards are met

b) Collect and evaluate patient and staff feedback and share with respective department

c) Conduct or facilitate staff training and education programs to improve patient quality services


3) Assisting in hospital auditing program of compliance of governmental regulations and inspections; Assist Quality Manager in ensuring quality and quantity of work performed through regular audits.

协助医院审核项目,以符合政府各项医疗执业规范;协助医务经理开展常规坚持,以确保医疗服务的质量和数量。


4) Participating in staff development program at SEIMC; assist with the training and continuing education programs. Promote clinical and service quality standards in delivery of services to patient at SEIMC

参与员工发展计划,协助培训和继续教育项目工作。


PERSONAL QUALIFICATION 素质要求

1) Basic requirement of health science background

Bachelor degree in medical science or public health

Clinical experience preferred

Familiar with China Health System and its rules & regulations

2) Relevant post-registration clinical qualification

Language: Bilingual in Chinese & English, excellent in writing and reading

IT: Familiar with office, PPT, and other necessary IT knowledge

Others: Presentation skill; team player;
