We are seeking seasoned business professionals with the intellectual horsepower, drive and stamina to grow this company in North Asia Market. JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:
The Media Campaign Manager is responsible for leading and managing the account day to day account management at TravelClick. Whether managing single or multi-channel accounts, this role lead the accounts through modeling strong foundation and business practices and by ensuring the accounts are meeting client expectations. MCM will handle accounts to stay current on skills, tasks and responsibilities in order to provide strong support to the clients.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Be a subject matter expert on China Market and work closely with clients to build and measure digital campaigns
? Responsible for social marketing, SEM, programmatic ads and analytics on the performance of the marketing campaigns
? Digital innovation / digital media collaboration to build and own strategy for consumer journey across all touchpoints focus on brand awareness & acquisition.
? Work closely with Partners/ Vendors in identifying the latest market trend, competitive landscape, latest innovative which can be applied to our marketing approach.
? Responsible for on-going monitoring and evaluation of the Campaign Management processes and results to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
? Prioritize issues and enhancement requests for self, to maintain satisfied customers
? Develop in-depth understanding of client needs and how to add value and delight customers at every opportunity
? Remains up-to-date on technology and Industry business through various sources and Share with the Broader Team

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study; may include Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics or Finance preferred
? Minimum of 2 years in a client facing role, with a demonstrated passion for innovation, imagination, and a natural data curiosity
? Minimum of 3 years of relevant online media experience in Digital required. (in paid search or display advertising managing client campaigns; implementing Digital media campaigns through Display, PPC, Social.
? Deep insights on China's digital & social landscape and customers behaviors
? Strong business planning, forecasting and budgeting skills
? Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
? Experience in Baidu, Tencent MP & GDT, Alimama required
? Hospitality Experience a plus
? Excellent mathematical/finance abilities to evaluate data trends, understand and evaluate budget/results, upsells, ROI, margins and KPIs and other numeric data effectively to make data based business decisions
? Demonstrated ability to develop and implement media strategies
? Practices effective time management by prioritizing critical tasks, delegating work, and utilizing and monitoring the productivity of resources
? Ability to balance tactical execution of short term solutions while supporting the long term vision through strategic thinking and a big picture view
? Proficient in MS Office, with an expertise in MS Excel and Powerpoint
? Must be able to travel as needed

LANGUAGES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
Must be fluent in Mandarin & English language
