? Enforcement on PPE and Work permits
? Vigorous enquiry / sourcing on equipment, parts and services
? Establish standards and specifications meeting application / functional needs
? Active participations in technical review / discussion
? Establish micro ITC time management and resources planning
? Leading / supervision of ITC resources
? Audits / reports non-compliance with define actions and due date
? Establish Risk management review and develop sound contingency plan
? Close follow up on all actions and ensure on time completion
? Review equipment documentations / manuals
? To recommend standardize part and component at optimum working capital or / and improve respond time
? Proactively working with stakeholders including but not limited to review, production trial, testing and acceptance
任职要求：
? Bachelor degree or higher in engineering
? Good command in English both written and oral
? > 8-10 years’ experience in M&E project / factory operations
? Preference on those with new plant set up
? Strong in engineering review and confident communication skills
? Accountable risk taker and challenge status quo constructively
? Strong analytical and solutions provider
? Down to earth and prepare to foldup sleeves
