1. B.S. degree in Engineering with minimal 10 years work experience or M.S. with minimal 7 years experience

2. Minimal 3 year management experience in a multinational company

3. Minimal 2 years medical device or life science product development experience

4. Hands-on experience and solid capability in hardware development including mechanical design and electronics system design, testing, and manufacturing for new product development

5. Excellent people skill and problem solving skill

6. Must be a team player and experienced in global collaboration in a matrix organization

7. Excellent English communication ability (verbal and written) and technical communication ability

8. Solid knowledge in processed, regulatory affair and standard regarding medical device product development like ISO 13485, etc.

9. Experience in complex system development, such as, structural design, pneumatic and fluidic system development, or complex motion system development.
