Job Description

• 固体制药设备从海外工厂转移以及本土化
• Solid machine transfer from COC and localization
• 准备技术文件、物料选型、画图、安装、调试。
• Technical document preparation. Customize project fulfilment (BOM, drawing and technical support to assembly/installation)
• 负责工艺流程图以及设备布局方案设计
• PID and layout proposal design
• 设备上下游管道设计及布局
• Pipe design for up and downstream
• 压力容器等设备集成
• 3rd party equipment (HEPA ventilation sys, air handling unit, mill, powder feeder) integration into Granulation line.
• 为本地生产提供技术支持，降低成本
• Technical support for local manufacturing and cost reduction

Qualifications

• 4年以上相关行业工作经验
• 4+ year related industry working experience
• 本科以上学历，制药工程、生物化工、过程装备与控制、机械等专业优先。
• Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biochemical engineering, Process Equipment and mechanical relations preferred), bachelor or above degree
• 英语听说读写熟练
• Familiar with English speaking and writing
• 了解固体包装设备者优先
• Solid line machinery background will be the best (Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biochemical engineering, Process Equipment and Mechanism or mechanical relations preferred)
