Responsible for providing engineering support as part of the Order Customization and Sustainment Engineering process by completing design execution. Also includes, investigating engineering non conformances to provide timely resolution to maintain the flow of the manufacturing process and develop the manufacturing engineering. The expectation is to deliver high quality, high performance, reliable and cost effective designs on time.
Job Descriptions:
? Completes concept design with limited guidance for global customer required machine specials
? Support engineering related issue disposal at Manufacturing andSupply Chain
? Prepare, create and manage engineering documentations
? Handle Non-Conformances on shop floor and prevent the re-occurrence of the NCs
? May participate in or lead continuous improvement activitie

? Engineering on time delivery
? Non-Conformances number per machines meet target
Job Qualifications:
? Advanced user in modeling and detailing technique,UG Prefer.? Skilled in CAD drafting and application of GD&T
? Calculating design parameters
? Manufacturing Engineering design experience
? Illustrates attention to detail when completing tasks
? Capability to troubleshoot and problem solving
? Solid understanding of manufacturing process
? Effective communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
?Familiarity with hydraulic actuators and power circuits is a plus
