Annex Products公司已经在深圳成立办事处(澳大利亚阿尼斯产品有限公司深圳代表处), 目前正在寻找一位热情且年轻的Mechanical Engineer(结构工程师)（拥有对产品研发设计, 注塑件, 五金件, 机加工件, PCB电路板等各方面的技术经验就***）加入我们的工程团队，帮助我们一起开发我们自己公司的产品。

以下是对 Mechanical Engineer(结构工程师)的职位描述:

The ideal candidate we’re looking for is someone who has Mechatronics background, with a few years experience in design, research and development of consumer goods. Solidworks is the design software we use, so being proficient with that is a must.

For this role, we require you to have a good understanding of some key manufacturing processes like plastic injection mould, die casting and machining. Ideally experience with electronic manufacturing principles is desirable. Ideally you would have had experience in designing products/parts for such processes and be aware of the main principles and criticalities that drive them.

We also require you would be a key extension of our engineering team based in Australia and will involve support tasks in the research of new materials, components, suppliers and also the design and testing of new products as well as liaison with suppliers.

All our requirements as follows:

Role duties and tasks

• Contribute to the design and development phases of new products. Specifically:
• Design and conduct functional and validation tests on new and existing products
• Design of new parts / components
• Material research and selection
• Liaise with suppliers to work through DFM and Development phases of new products
• Be the liaison and technical conduit between HQ engineering dept and supplier’s engineering dept by facilitating exchange of information towards the common goal of developing products.
• Work with HQ engineering department to enhance designs from a manufacturing standpoint.
• Work with HQ engineering department to support development of new products by researching, procuring and testing prototypes, material samples, off-the-shelf components and others

Skills & Experience

• Good verbal and written English
• Min 3 years experience in similar roles ideally in the development of consumer goods manufactured in high volume.
• Advanced SolidWorks CAD Skills
• Knowledge and or exposure to the following manufacturing processes:

• Injection moulding
• Machining
• Die casting
• PCBA Assembly

• Experience in design and development of custom testing jigs and equipment
• Experience developing test procedures to assist with understanding the limitations of designs and materials and tolerances
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems
• Familiar with electronic principles, equipment and tools.
• Understanding of materials properties and applications (mainly aimed at Plastics, light metals and steels)
• Previous experience with 3D printers (FDM) and rapid prototyping techniques
• Driving license a plus
