Key Activities and necessary competences:

? Participate in scientific research activities；

? Monitor the correct application of product and safety regulations；

? Carry out surveys, calculations and measurements；

? Designs customized solutions of the mechanical part of the sensors according to customer requirements；

? Plan solutions aimed at cost optimization, also to simplify the assembly, testing and maintenance phases of the product in the field；

? Provide technical support for production；

? Keep the project data sheet updated, managing changes and variations；

? Collaborate with HQ for design, with relationship skills within the work team.

Education & Training:

? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering；

? Excellent English is a must；

? Knowledge of mechanical design methods with CAE systems for engineering calculation and with CAD systems for graphic representation and three-dimensional simulation, in particular SolidWorks；

? Knowledge of production techniques for manufactured articles by die-casting, plastic injection, extrusion, co-molding, thermoforming；

? Knowledge of materials, both plastic and ferrous, as well as industrial components；

? Knowledge of the basic principles of electronic is considered a preferential element, especially for safety and heat dissipation.
