Purpose and main process of job :

Main responsibilities

Take charge of structure design of remote controller. (2D&3D drawing and assembly drawing etc.)

In charge of appearance design of remote controller;

On time delivery of Technical solution, make sure design can meet product specification and pass qualification test.

On time delivery of competitor analysis and prototype sample testing.

Be responsible for tolerance analysis, mold analysis and so on.

Build BOM and do product FMEA and other files etc.

Be responsible for design to cost

Follow up productivity projects.

Handle customer complain(8D).

Other tasks assigned by leader.

Main KPI

1. On Time Delivery of mechanical design for R&D projects/meet project requirements.

2. Productivity projects: On Time Delivery /Meet Cost down Target.

3. 8D: On Time Delivery/meet customer requirement.

Organizational Relationships:

Report to mechanical group leader and R&D manager.

Required qualifications and/or experience : Other characteristics or qualities required :

Having design experience on home appliance and electronic products.

more than 3 years working experience of product design .

Education : University graduate in mechanical or industry design.

Independent & be able to perform under high pressure

Having working experience of remote controller will be highly preferred.

Positive working attitude with good initiative, team work spirit.

English required in both read and writing.
