本公司薪资保密，以上薪资范围不作参考，最终由人力资源部面谈确定薪资。

1、 提供产品设计和技术指导,与现有团队成员一起,提高产品的市场竞争力； Provide product design and technical guidance, work with existing team members to improve the market competitiveness of products;

2、 通过实际应用或数据的分析以深入评估风险与机会，来解决复杂问题； In-depth evaluation of risks and opportunities through practical application or data analysis to solve complex problems;

3、 根据项目要求完成机械部分的设计与方案制定，绘制图纸并编制BOM清单。 Based on project request to make design, make detail drawing and BOM list.

4、 制作产品设计所需文档资料, 首样报告，通过确认； Make relative documents for product design, quality measures, First sample report, approvals.;

5、估算产品的设计成本以及生产成本，试验支持与管理； Estimate the product design cost and production cost Test support and management;

6、内部项目管理（产品研发，改进等）； Internal project management (Product development, management etc);

7、服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他事务。 Obey the work arrangement, to complete other jobs assigned by line manager.

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历； Bachelor Degree above;

2、 理工科背景优先 Engineering background is preferred.

3、 5年及以上相关工作经验，2年以上同岗管理工作经验 5 years or above related working experience, 2 years working experience in management.

4、 熟悉产品开发流程；熟悉产品的原理、结构、关键元器件和材料、参数和性能要求 Be familiar with product development process; Familiar with the principle, structure, key components and materials, parameters and performance requirements of the product.

5、 英语听说读写熟练 Good command of English both in written and spoken

6、 能够熟练操作CAD、solid works、UG等作图软件和办公软件EXCEL WORKD等 Proficient in CAD, solid works, UG and other drawing software and office software EXCEL WORKD, etc.

7、 年龄：40以下； Age: below 40;
