What are my responsibilities?

Be R&D Seso (second source and alternative parts) coordinator, fully responsible for pre-evaluating the 2nd or alternative passive, electronic, electromagnetic, and opto-electronic components from technology point of view, and then coordinating their qualification in projects of global R&D sites.

Be MST (material strategy team) member, partially responsible for material strategy of our business unit from technology point of view, be consultant as devices and solutions for development team.

Be senior Hardware developer, develop and verify key technology or support to solve critical issues.

担任研发团队协调员，全面负责从技术角度对项目进行预评估，并协调其在全球研发点的项目资质。

担任MST(材料策略团队)成员，从技术角度部分负责我们业务部门的材料策略，作为开发团队的设备和解决方案顾问。

作为高级硬件开发人员，开发和验证关键技术或支持以解决关键问题。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

我需要什么才能胜任这份工作?

Good knowledge of electronic components, such as passive and discrete components.

熟悉电子元器件

Good knowledge of digital and analog circuity design;

熟悉数模电路设计

5 years or more work experienced in Hardware development.

5年以上硬件开发经验。

Addition knowledge about development process and good skill in moderating and coordinating.

对开发流程有一定的了解，有良好的协调能力。

Good self-drive, and good at task and time management.

良好的自我驱动力，善于任务和时间管理。

Fluent in English communication.
