• Validate the conformity of products to the Definition Dossier and the Technical Dossier.
• Validate the implementation of Quality Planning and the process homologation / qualification for his/her area.
• Participate in the evaluation and guarantee the taking of customer risks associated with processes / products into account (interfaces, curing, auxiliary products…) and adapt the Quality Plan.
• Carry out the qualification of products, processes and associated methods, and ensure their permanence.
• Implement procedures for treatment of non-conformities (products / processes / system).
• Implement the guarantee methods, evaluate the leak rate and guarantee the application of the rules of action.
• Issue warnings when non-conform products / abnormal processes, leading to a degradation of performance, are detected. Treat the non-coded non-conformities locally and in liaison with the Central. Ensures that corrective actions are effective.
• Guarantee that the Quality assurance Measures linked to product manufacture are adequate and applied.
• Assure qualification of the personnel who have an impact on the quality of the product.

技能要求：

• Experience in Quality Guarantee domain, or quality related technician from the shop
• Understand quality system and practice the quality tools to solve the quality problem.
• Understand suitable relation between Product and Process
• Bachelor degree or above Or has more than 3 years technique experience in tire rubber industry
• Be able to read and communicate with Engilish.
