1. 有效地管理订单/Effective and Efficient PO transaction management

• 按时准确的下单给供应商,处理和订单相关事务（包括到货差异，发票差异，运费，预付款等等）

• Release the orders to suppliers timely and accurately; Following up goods / invoices receipt, claim

the difference to supplier.

2． 持续改善货期/Continuously Improve the Lead time

• 及时跟进货期；每天更新货期表；提高货期准确率；货期跟踪&发货跟踪；定期更新物料标准货期;

• Keep closely tracking with purchase order, ensure to get the order status in tie and update the information in database ；Maintain the lead time for everyday; Improve the on time delivery；Follow up the goods delivery；Regular review & update material Lead time

3． 主动管理供应商/ Enhance Vendor Management

• 供应商信息管理; .供应商货期管理；.提高供应商发货准确率,缩短供应商交期.保持日常沟通;.改善重要供应商的货期；

• Vendors related information maintain(Such as parts replacement, parts superseded, parts phase out etc.); .Suppliers On-time delivery management; Accurately control the goods delivery rate; Regular communicate with key suppliers; Keep on the average lead time and on time delivery rate of key suppliers, and take proactive actions to measure, analyze and continuously shorten them.

4． 理解和认真执行部门流程和公司规定的政策条款

• Well understood and properly implemented the process and procedures of procurement team.

• Obey the company policy and regulations

5． 认真完成部门经理和主管分配其他工作

• Responsible to complete other tasks assigned by Manager or Supervisor of MPD
