Responsibilities:

• Ensure PR issued timely and accurate
• Monitor material supply plan VIA regular demand changes review and cross functional communication to reduce supply risk
• Monitor stock level and keep them in reasonable stock level
• Closely focus on material supply abnormal case of logistic & quality complaints etc.
• Timely escalate for big supply risk in terms of material supply
• Have regular S&D meeting with other supply sites
• Own the material planning meeting, which have interaction with demand planning and production planning
• Provide the purchasing forecast to suppliers depends on requirement
• Ensure PO or JIT notification issued to vendor timely and accurate
• Get the supplier confirmation for delivery schedule from timely
• Assure the supplier to deliver the goods with required date to ensure production plan be conducted smoothly
• Regular monitor the open PO status specially for overdue PO to make the right action to assure no any impact on production plan
• Monitor the customs clearance status and local transportation for import goods
• Work with warehouse and QA to deal with logistic& abnormal material complaint
• Work with finance for purchasing payment
• Join the sourcing or forwarder BRM to evaluate the 3rd party vendor performance
• Good communication with supplier and internal customer for supply changes
• Compliance and SHE

Requirements:

• University education with major in business or trade or others is preferential
• 3 years or above working experience in import and domestic purchasing/planning
• Purchasing / planning knowledge & skill
• Pharmaceutical/GMP/GSP knowledge
• Import /export business knowledge
• Finance basic knowledge
• ERP system knowledge with APO is plus
